1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditSecrets.com (the "Site"), purchasing any product or service, or submitting any order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site or purchase any services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reddit Secrets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

2. Description of Services

Reddit Secrets provides the following services:

• Reddit Accounts: Sale of aged Reddit accounts with varying karma scores, account ages, and activity histories.
• Reddit Upvotes: Delivery of upvotes to specified Reddit posts via our managed account pool.
• Reddit Comments: Placement of custom or pre-written comments on specified Reddit posts via our managed account pool.
• Free Guides: Informational content related to Reddit marketing, published on our blog at no charge.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any service from Reddit Secrets. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Reddit Secrets. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for fraudulent purposes or in violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and cryptocurrency. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely over SSL-encrypted connections.

4.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase based on your jurisdiction. Reddit Secrets does not collect or remit taxes unless required to do so by applicable law.

5. Delivery

For Reddit Account purchases, credentials (username, password, and associated email details) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 5–30 minutes of confirmed payment. For upvote and comment services, delivery timelines are stated on the relevant service pages.

Reddit Secrets is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, contact our support team immediately and we will resend credentials upon verification.

6. Refunds and Replacements

6.1 Reddit Accounts

Reddit Secrets will provide a replacement account or a full refund if:

• The delivered account is shadowbanned at the time of delivery.
• The delivered account is suspended or permanently banned at the time of delivery.
• The account's karma score is materially lower than advertised (more than 20% variance).
• The account's stated age cannot be verified by the presence of the expected anniversary trophy.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds and replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The account was banned or flagged due to actions taken by the customer after delivery (e.g., posting spam, violating Reddit rules, using VPNs, repeated link posting).
• The customer changed the email address and then lost access due to forgetting the new credentials.
• The customer is dissatisfied with the account for subjective reasons not related to the listed specifications.
• More than 48 hours have passed since delivery.
• Upvote or comment orders where delivery has been completed as specified.

6.3 Upvotes and Comments

Due to the nature of these services (delivery to a public Reddit post), upvote and comment orders are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun. If a post is deleted by the customer before delivery is complete, a partial refund may be issued for undelivered quantities at our discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Reddit Secrets, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for how you use any purchased account, upvote, or comment service.
• You will comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using purchased accounts or services.
• You will change account passwords immediately upon receipt and secure the account with two-factor authentication.
• You will not use purchased accounts for illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, fraud, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
• You accept that Reddit may detect and action accounts at any time based on your usage behavior — Reddit Secrets has no control over Reddit's moderation decisions once accounts are in your possession.
• You will not resell, transfer, or share purchased accounts with third parties without prior written consent from Reddit Secrets.

8. No Affiliation with Reddit, Inc.

Reddit Secrets is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Reddit™ is a registered trademark of Reddit, Inc. All references to Reddit on this site are for identification purposes only. Use of the Reddit name does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Reddit Secrets makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the services will meet your expectations. We cannot guarantee that purchased accounts will remain in good standing after delivery, as this is dependent on how you use them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddit Secrets and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or account suspension by Reddit, Inc.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Reddit Secrets in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Reddit Secrets services to:

• Conduct fraud, phishing, or impersonation of any person or entity.
• Spread disinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or election interference content.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or target any individual or group.
• Promote illegal goods or services.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate order cancellation without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on RedditSecrets.com — including text, guides, images, logos, and design — is the property of Reddit Secrets and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
